Job Summary
Conduct daily production duties by rotating through packer, scaler, styler, and grader roles to maintain line speeds on a moving conveyor belt. Perform multiple packing and weighing tasks while pulling bones, inspecting, and removing non-conforming product. Collaborate with team members to implement company policies, attend meetings, and resolve cohesion issues to achieve organizational synergy. Maintain familiarity with Simmons operating systems, including quality, security, and LEAN principles, while communicating improvement ideas. Work in a cold, wet, noisy, and dusty environment performing repetitive motions, requiring physical ability to move up to 55 pounds from table to scales at waist level.
