Job Summary
Conduct live, virtual, and constructive training for military and government personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute operations. Deliver platform instruction and facilitated discussions that meet NORTHCOM standards while managing learning objectives to engage diverse learner styles. Utilize training materials, media, and technology to cultivate an active learning environment. Requires 3+ years of DSCA operations experience at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level, 2+ years in military classroom instruction, and ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Secret clearance is required; applicants must complete an identity verification process with biometrics and appear on camera during interviews.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with DSCA operations at the JTF or Defense Coordinating Element level
- 2+ years of experience in military classroom instruction
- Experience serving as a DSCA Instructor
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- ARNORTH instructor Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a Joint Headquarters environment
- Knowledge of US Army Transformation Initiative
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Master's degree a plus
- DSCA level I and II Certification
