Job Summary
Monitor operations, identify discrepancies in mission areas, and provide decision-making support to leadership during domestic incident responses. Execute DSCA Phase I and Phase II training while maintaining Top Secret security clearance. Apply comprehensive knowledge of DSCA regulations, DoD Directive 3025.18, the six validation criteria (CARRLL), the Stafford Act, and National Incident Management System (NIMS). Utilize proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office Suite to manage joint, interagency, or rapid-response environments. Located in Arlington, VA, this role supports UTRS's mission to deliver creative, high-quality, technology-based services to customers on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship
- Active (or the ability to obtain and maintain a) Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience
- Approximately 10 years of experience in a relevant field, such as cyber program analysis, operations, or emergency management
- Experience working in a joint, interagency, or rapid-response environment (e.g., National Guard J3/J-I, Joint Field Offices)
- Comprehensive understanding of DSCA regulations, including DoD Directive 3025.18, and the six validation criteria (CARRLL)
- Knowledge of the Stafford Act and National Incident Management System (NIMS)
- Proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office Suite
- Completion of DSCA Phase I (online) and Phase II
- Drug-free workplace with pre-employment drug testing
