Job Summary
Provide security for company resources, guests, and team members in accordance with Dakota Nation Gaming Enterprise policies. Perform chip and credit transactions, verify amounts by signature, and escort casino funds while directing traffic to ensure safety. Detect and correct safety problems, respond to incidents with immediate action, and apprehend suspects to prevent loss of assets. Assist with medical aid and complete required certifications including CPR, first aid, Taser, and alcohol management training. Maintain proficiency in casino procedures and complete a 90-day introductory period. Obtain a Key Gaming License upon hire and work irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work irregular hours
- Dependable and punctual
- Physically fit and able to lift 40+ lbs.
- Must complete all security certifications within one year of hire in accordance with the Gaming Commissions rules and regulations
