Job Summary
Monitor employee compliance with gaming regulations across Casino, Tribal, Federal, and State rules; report deficiencies to department managers. Create and deliver daily shift reports to the General Manager, Human Resources, and Associate Managers. Respond promptly to guest and employee complaints, settling disputes amicably. Protect all assets and liabilities of the Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel. Perform necessary procedures for jackpot verification and gather required paperwork. Maintain cognizance of casino programs and policies while cooperating with supervisors on collective concerns. Requires a Key Gaming License, three years of gaming experience, and ability to work 8+ hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years in gaming
- preferably supervisory experience
- knowledge in the games played at Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel
- thorough knowledge of casino operations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to handle diverse situations/or people
- Excellent communication skills
- must demonstrate excellent attendance practices
- must be able to work 8+ hours if necessary
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach
- Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time
