Job Summary
Monitor employee compliance with gaming regulations across Casino, Tribal, Federal, and State rules; report deficiencies to department managers. Create and deliver daily shift reports to the General Manager, Human Resources, and Associate Managers. Respond promptly to guest and employee complaints, settling disputes amicably, while protecting all casino assets and liabilities. Perform necessary procedures to verify jackpots and gather required paperwork. Maintain cognizance of Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel programs and policies, cooperating with supervisors on collective concerns. This role requires a Key Gaming License, three years of gaming experience, and the ability to work 8+ hours.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years in gaming
- preferably supervisory experience
- knowledge in the games played at Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel
- thorough knowledge of casino operations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to handle diverse situations/or people
- Excellent communication skills
- both written and verbal
- excellent attendance practices
- Must obtain a Key Gaming License
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach
- Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods of time
