Job Summary
Porter role in a casino housekeeping department focused on maintaining cleanliness of assigned areas and guest-facing spaces. Responsibilities include janitorial cleaning across areas, removing trash and replacing ashtrays, assisting guests with information and service, cleaning between slot machines and seating areas, sanitizing restrooms, performing heavy cleaning such as carpet shampooing and floor stripping/waxing, and general upkeep of porter equipment and supplies. Must report malfunctions and supply shortages; adapt to varying physical demands and schedules; must be at least 21 and obtain a non-gaming license upon hire. Education: high school diploma or GED preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional guest service are required; weekend availability is expected.
