Job Summary
Gift Shop Clerk at Dakota Sioux Casino & Hotel responsible for providing quality guest service, operating the cash register, receiving payments, maintaining cash bank, stocking and merchandising shelves, tracking inventory, and cross-training for the C-Store. Must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, complete TAM training, and obtain a non-gaming license upon hire. On-site role with duties including basic math/cash handling, age verification for energy drinks/tobacco/alcohol, sanitation of high-traffic areas, and various duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Twenty-one (21) years of age
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must complete TAM training
- Must obtain non-gaming license upon hire
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach and lift up to fifty (50) pounds or more
- Carry up to twenty (20) pounds on a continual basis
- Push or pull merchandise on a cart, dolly or two-wheeler
- Sitting, standing or walking for extended periods
- Occasional janitorial duties
