Drywall Senior Project Manager

Oversee the full project lifecycle on multiple large-scale commercial construction projects, developing execution plans and resource strategies with internal and field teams. Establish and manage project budgets, forecasting, and change management processes while reviewing subcontractor proposals to ensure scope alignment and cost efficiency. Serve as the primary client contact for high-priority projects, leading executive updates and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to address issues promptly. Guide and mentor junior project management staff, defining team roles and supporting onboarding initiatives. Identify and mitigate risks related to schedule, cost, labor, and scope, incorporating contingency planning and value engineering into early project strategies. Uphold high standards for construction quality and safety through site visits and field team enforcement. Collaborate with senior leadership on continuous improvement initiatives and participate in post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
