Job Summary
Distribute and track project plans, specifications, and drawings while maintaining submittal registers for self-perform materials. Assist the Project Manager with developing schedules, tracking budgets, costs, and labor productivity against production goals. Coordinate material procurement, labor vendor documentation, and crew sizes to ensure timely execution of drywall, metal framing, and acoustical ceiling scopes. Organize invoices, prepare change orders, and generate weekly coordination meeting minutes to maintain accurate project documentation. Support quality and safety requirements across multiple project scopes. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, 2–3 years of construction management experience, and open to relocation required.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a comparable degree preferred
- Prior Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or construction project coordination experience preferred
- Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, or other self-perform construction is strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of construction project budgets, cost tracking, schedules, and project documentation
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, plans, and project documents
- Knowledge of construction practices, procedures, materials, and sequencing
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other project management software
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High drive to succeed with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment
