Job Summary
Operate a dryer in a safe, sanitary manner at a dairy processing facility. Responsibilities include drying the product, cleaning the dryer and related equipment (including CIP and clean-in-place operations), and documenting accurate test results in the log. Also perform daily cleaning of the dryer, inspect equipment such as sifter screen and magnet, monitor moisture/fat/quality, report issues to supervision, assist with training of new personnel, and ensure compliance with GMP and USDA readiness. Emphasis on maintaining food safety, quality, proper startup/shutdown procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Industrial Truck Operator License
