Dry Warehouse - Night Shift

Job Summary
Operate assigned equipment to receive and transfer ingredients and packaging materials while maintaining FIFO inventory systems and adhering to plant standards. Manage warehouse management systems to print pallet tickets and perform routine maintenance on dock equipment, diagnosing and repairing minor defects independently. Monitor for malfunctions, communicate recurring problems to leadership and maintenance, and participate in root cause analysis to ensure sustainable corrective actions. Follow QMS, Safe Allergen Handling, and 5S methodologies to maintain audit-ready work areas, actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and assist in training employees.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent
- Ability to learn all functions of job and complete required trainings for position within a reasonable amount of time
- Basic PC skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven decision making ability
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to read and understand written instructions and to keep accurate written/system records
- Ability to work various hours and shifts
- Able to work overtime when required
- Achieve and maintain required certifications
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- Experience with hand tools, compactors and various cleaning machines
- Experience with One Point Lessons
- Experience with continuous improvement methodology events
- Experience with QMS, Safe Allergen Handling, Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S methodology
- Experience with observations, inspections, and recommendations
- Experience with creating and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
- Experience with creating and maintenance of preventative maintenance standards
- Experience with facilitation, attending and participating in team meetings and programs
- Experience with training, and coaching employees
