Conduct dry utility design and Structural Facility Drawings (SFD) for electric utilities (BGE, PEPCO), natural gas (BGE, Washington Gas), and telecommunications (Comcast, Verizon). Interpret utility plans and construction drawings while maintaining strong attention to detail when working independently. Requires AutoCAD certification and an associate degree in drafting or technical school certification. Compensation ranges from $24.00 to $41.00 hourly with overtime eligibility and discretionary bonuses.
