Job Summary
Dry utilities Inspector at Parsons responsible for monitoring, inspection, coordination, witnessing, and documentation of Electrical and Civil works for infrastructure/road construction to ensure conformity with contract requirements and specifications. Maintain a detailed diary of daily activities, respond to Work Inspection Requests, monitor quality and site safety, prepare Surveillance Reports and Non-Conformance Reports as needed, provide technical input on site-related issues, prepare documentation prior to inspection, and coordinate hand-over of the project. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years of civil/utilities construction experience (GCC experience is a plus).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (minimum)
- Minimum 5+ years of civil and utilities construction experience on major infrastructure and road projects
- GCC experience is an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with construction-related software and data management
