Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand on concrete for up to a 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in cold (20-40 degrees) and hot (>100 degrees) environments
- Ability to work around animal blood and carcass parts
- Ability to operate knives and other equipment and use PPE
- Ability to perform repetitive movements and lift up to 60 lbs with or without mechanical assistance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Follow oral and written instructions and SOPs
- Able to perform job duties in a production environment with safety considerations
- Successful completion of training and certification as required for equipment operation
