DRY GOODS STORE MANAGER

Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute all duties of a sales associate and keyholder while coordinating the interview process, including screenings, interviews, and references. Maintain appropriate staffing by forecasting future needs and assess associate performance to improve service quality and increase sales. Develop associate skills via ongoing training for new and existing employees, complete payroll and time clock maintenance, and administer employee benefit enrollment. Implement merchandising plans, monitor store visual appearance and cleanliness, and develop solutions for customer problems and business needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
