DRY GOODS STORE MANAGER

Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute sales associate and keyholder duties while maintaining appropriate staffing levels and forecasting future needs. Coordinate the interview process by conducting screenings, interviews, and reference checks. Assess associate performance to improve service quality and increase sales, providing feedback and evaluations. Develop skills for new and existing staff through ongoing training. Implement merchandising plans, monitor visual appearance and cleanliness, and develop solutions for customer and business needs. Complete payroll, time clock maintenance, and benefit enrollment. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
