Motivate store employees to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example while executing all duties of a sales associate and keyholder. Coordinate the interview process by conducting screenings, interviews, and references, and maintain appropriate staffing by forecasting future needs. Complete payroll and time clock maintenance, administer benefit enrollment, and implement merchandising plans to monitor visual appearance and cleanliness. Solve customer problems and business needs while working a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
