Drive retail growth as Store Manager by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, executing duties of a sales associate and keyholder, coordinating interviews, forecasting staffing, evaluating performance, training, payroll/time clock maintenance, benefits enrollment, implementing merchandising plans, and resolving customer needs. Availability to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
