Job Summary
Lead a Dry Goods store as Manager to drive retail growth by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, train and coach staff, supervise sales floor operations, conduct interviews, manage staffing and payroll, administer benefits enrollment, implement merchandising plans, maintain store visuals and cleanliness, and resolve customer issues; oversee training and performance evaluations, and develop associate skills to meet store goals; be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts; benefits include generous 401(k), merchandise discount, and comprehensive health packages; Dry Goods has a family-owned culture focused on employee growth and internal advancement.
