Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day running of the Coles grocery department (non-fresh) in Moe, reporting to the Store Manager. You’ll direct and coach a team to meet sales targets, manage costs, and rostering, while ensuring visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock-management standards. You’ll focus on customer obsession, foster a one-team culture, and support the store, distribution centre, manufacturing site, or road roles as part of Coles’ service to customers and communities.
