Job Summary
Dry Goods Inventory Associate responsible for selecting and moving inventory, loading/unloading, labeling, and ensuring accurate stock control and traceability. Tasks include operating forklift, coordinating inbound/outbound flows, maintaining clean and organized work areas, and complying with SOPs, GMPs, and safety policies. Will handle inventory receipts, debits/credits, BOM/product codes, and quality programs (SQF, BRC, HACCP). Requires ability to read English documents, perform basic math, and obtain company-sponsored powered industrial truck certification. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds (potentially 80 with assistance); environment may be cold and humid. Strong emphasis on safe operation, sanitation, and collaboration with supervisors and teammates to ensure accurate inventory and product traceability.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED required, with one year of inventory experience in commercial food operations or equivalent experience
