Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute all duties of a sales associate to achieve individual sales and account goals while assessing performance to improve service quality and meet store objectives. Develop relationships to grow store business and implement solutions for customer problems and store needs. Provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, exciting store environment. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role supports the store manager in helping customers create their own personal style within a family-owned culture focused on employee growth.
