DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute all duties of a sales associate to achieve individual sales and account goals while developing relationships to grow store business. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals. Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Support the store manager in helping customers create their own personal style through relationship building and product knowledge.
