Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow store business while executing all sales associate duties to achieve individual and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals. Implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Support the store manager in helping customers create personal styles through relationship building and product knowledge.
