Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute sales associate duties to achieve individual and store goals while assessing performance to improve service quality and sales. Develop relationships to grow store business and implement solutions for customer problems and store needs. Present a clean and exciting store environment with one-of-a-kind service built on product knowledge and relationship building. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts to support the store manager in helping customers create their personal style.
