Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example while executing sales associate duties to meet individual and store goals. Develop relationships to grow store business and assess associate performance to improve service quality and increase sales. Execute all operations, solve customer problems, and present a clean, exciting store environment. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Support the store manager in helping customers create personal styles through relationship building and product knowledge.
