Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow store business while executing sales associate duties to achieve individual and store goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality and solve customer problems. Present a clean and exciting store through relationship building and product knowledge. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role supports the store manager in helping customers create personal styles within a family-owned retailer offering endless career opportunities.
