Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow store business and execute sales associate duties to achieve individual and store goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality and implement solutions for customer and store needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. Support the store manager in helping customers create personal styles while presenting a clean and exciting environment.
