Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Execute sales associate duties to achieve individual and store goals while developing relationships to grow business. Assess performance to improve service quality and implement solutions for customer and store needs. Support the store manager in maintaining a clean, exciting environment that presents product knowledge effectively. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. This Illinois-based role offers competitive wages between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour with overtime eligibility, plus comprehensive benefits, a 401(k) plan, and a generous merchandise discount.
