Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service by training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow store business while executing all duties of a sales associate to achieve individual sales and account goals. Assess associate performance to improve service quality and meet store goals, and develop solutions to solve customer problems and store needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role supports the store manager in helping customers create personal styles within a family-owned culture focused on employee growth and professional development.
