Job Summary
Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service through training, coaching, and leading by example. Develop relationships to grow store business while executing sales associate duties to achieve individual and store goals. Assess performance to improve service quality and implement solutions for customer and store needs. Support the store manager in presenting a clean, exciting environment with one-of-a-kind service. Work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
