Job Summary
Assist store manager in motivating associates, deliver customer service, develop relationships to grow store business, execute duties of a sales associate to meet individual sales and store goals, assess performance to improve service quality, develop and implement solutions for customer problems, and support an in-person rotation of day/evening/weekend shifts. Strong emphasis on relationship building, product knowledge, coaching, leadership, and delivering a high-standard customer experience in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- What You’ll Do: Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
- Develop relationships to grow store business
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
- Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
- Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
