Job Summary
Assist the store manager by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, develop relationships to grow store business, and execute duties of a sales associate to meet sales and account goals. Train, coach, and lead by example; assess associate performance to improve service quality and drive store results; develop and implement solutions to customer problems and store needs. Must be available for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
