Job Summary
Assist the store manager by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, training and coaching by example, and developing relationships to grow store business. Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals, assess associate performance to improve service quality and sales, and develop/implement solutions to address customer problems and store needs. Be available for a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
