Job Summary
Assist in managing store operations and leading associates to deliver outstanding customer service, coach, train, and lead by example. Develop relationships to grow store business; execute duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals; assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals. Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs. Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
