DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Assist the store manager in motivating associates, train, coach and lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service, develop relationships to grow store business, execute duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals, assess associate performance to improve service quality and store results, develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs, and be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts. The role emphasizes relationship building, product knowledge, achieving sales goals, and contributing to a positive, career-growing store environment.
