DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As a Dry Goods Assistant Store Manager, support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, train and coach teams, lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, execute duties of a sales associate to hit individual goals, assess performance to improve customer experience, and implement solutions to address customer needs and store requirements.
