DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. Responsibilities include motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service, training, coaching and leading by example; developing relationships to grow store business; executing duties of a sales associate and achieving individual sales and account goals; assessing associate performance to improve service quality, increasing sales and meeting store goals; developing and implementing solutions to solve customer problems and store needs; and being available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
