Job Summary
Develop and refine dry etch processes for advanced DRAM structures, collaborating with process integration and other teams to create innovative solutions, perform root-cause analysis on process and hardware limitations, design experiments to improve capability and yield, and support process transfer from development to manufacturing; requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years in dry etch process development, with strong plasma etch knowledge and cross-functional communication; Master’s/PhD preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, materials science, or a similar field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in dry etch process development or related area
- Strong understanding of plasma etch fundamentals and reactor operation
- Experience with experimental design, data analysis, and problem solving
- Ability to work across teams and communicate technical results clearly
