Job Summary
Spot garments for proper cleaning methods, run laundry loads, and perform light finishing while delivering same-day services. Oversee finishers and pressers to ensure quality work meets all cleaning and pressing standards. Pre-spot or post-spot garments based on stain type, and sort items according to required finishing techniques. This role requires a quick learner with high attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Flexible hours including some Saturdays are necessary, and previous experience in fast-paced environments is preferred. Applicants must be 18 or older. Martinizing specializes in dry cleaning, alterations, and wedding gown preservation to serve the local community.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast paced environment similar to farming, industrial, or manufacturing labor
- Flexible hours including some Saturdays
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle client's garment with care
- Good hand/eye coordination and the ability to physically manipulate the pressing equipment
- Must be 18 or older
