Job Summary
Conduct day-to-day commercial operations for a fleet of dry cargo vessels, managing voyage execution at the time charter level. Oversee port operations, weather routing, and charter party administration while maintaining proficiency in voyage management systems and cargo documentation. Leverage strong market knowledge to optimize fleet performance and ensure compliance with bills of lading and marine insurance requirements. Requires a university degree in shipping or maritime studies with 3–5 years of relevant experience. Located in Limassol with hybrid working options and competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a University degree in shipping, Maritime Studies or the ICS diploma
- 3–5 years of experience in dry bulk voyage execution (time charter level)
- VMS (voyage management system) literate
- Strong understanding of the dry cargo market, charter parties, port operations, weather routing
- Good knowledge of bills of lading, cargo documentation, and basic marine insurance (P&I and H&M)
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ambitious and motivated to contribute to the growth of our operations
- Experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
