Job Summary
Conduct inspections for multiple communities by following governing documents, CC&Rs, and state property code laws. Communicate with board members and homeowners via phone, email, and in-person meetings. Maintain a valid Texas Driver's License with a good driving record and ensure punctuality and regular attendance. Possess one year of experience as a Community Inspector, with proficiency in MS Office and CINC software preferred. Bi-lingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous. This hourly, non-exempt in-office role offers medical, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days, plus 401k, generous PTO, and paid holidays.
