Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress. The role requires a minimum one-year commitment and the ability to connect with people of all ages and skill levels. Candidates must demonstrate teaching ability and instrument skill during the interview process. A degree in Music Education or Music Performance is a plus, though not required.
