Drug Testing & Occupational Health Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate with third-party laboratories and clinics nationwide to obtain drug screening, physical exam, and occupational health results. Manage inbound and outbound phone calls with external partners and internal teams while entering, reviewing, and finalizing test data within the electronic tracking system. Ensure accurate data entry and verification of all medical information, applying analytical thinking to confirm and document findings. This role requires handling confidential medical information with discretion and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems. Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently within a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent professional verbal & written communication skills with a client/customer focus
- Ability to handle confidential medical information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management systems
- Must be proficient in the English language, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift 15 pounds
- Selected candidates will be required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in drug testing, occupational health, or laboratory environment
- Knowledge of DOT drug testing procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Prior call center or customer service experience
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while also excelling in a team-oriented setting
