Job Summary
Onsite Drug Screening Tech (OB Specialist) administers DOT and Non-DOT drug screens and LiveScan fingerprint collections, while delivering front-line customer service to applicants and clients. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive data, ensures compliance with safety and privacy standards, and manages call communications using Aircall with scheduling/tracking through internal systems. Role requires NC residency and reliable transportation, HS diploma/GED, potential DOT/Non-DOT drug-collections certification, and the ability to work collaboratively with the onsite team. Occasional travel within North Carolina is reimbursed. Location: Durham, NC; Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in background investigations or fingerprinting preferred
- Ability to obtain certification for DOT/Non-DOT Drug Collections
- North Carolina residency and reliable transportation required
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based systems
