Drug Screen Collector at Fastest Labs of Jacksonville & Wilmington performs certified drug, alcohol, and DNA specimen collections with a focus on excellent customer service. Responsibilities include client communications, data entry, handling inquiries, appointment scheduling, conducting urine/saliva/hair/nail specimen collections, maintaining chain-of-custody forms, processing payments, and contributing to a clean, professional office/testing environment. Provides daily outbound calls, supports office operations, follows standardized protocols, and offers training and advancement opportunities within a team-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills: able to speak and hear clearly on the phone, read and write in English effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with office tasks
- Physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform duties requiring bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods
- Comfort working with biological specimens and cleaning supplies
