Job Summary
Conduct equipment preparation, aseptic compounding, solution prep, and sterile filling in GMP/ISO-regulated cleanroom environments while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Perform visual inspection of sterile filled vials to ensure they are free of defects, accurately documenting findings and communicating quality issues to cross-functional teams. Lead manufacturing operations including work functions in equipment prep, dispensing, dissolution, formulation, purification, and packaging activities for biopharma and medical device products. Supervise aseptic and medical device manufacturing teams, ensuring execution of production plans across multiple shifts and managing staff performance against operational goals.
