Drug Product Leader, Gene Therapy (Director)

Direct a Gene Therapy Drug Product Development team from preclinical stages through commercial launch, overseeing formulation, fill-finish processes, and in-use administration studies. Provide high-level strategic and technical leadership, shaping the gene therapy drug product development strategy and platform harmonization, representing the function in global cross-functional forums, and guiding process control strategies and tech transfer with manufacturing units. Partner with leadership to recruit and build high-performing teams, foster innovation, agility, and collaboration, and support external/internal manufacturing tech transfer and issue investigations. Some travel (~10%) with on-site presence at the Philadelphia location; relocation benefits are available.
