Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Drug/GM department while achieving sales and profit goals. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customer returns, and monitor all quality assurance standards. Support day-to-day Drug/GM operations and ensure associates deliver excellent service aligned with the Customer 1st strategy.
